A gentle presence for times of transition, grief and inner searching
There are moments when life changes its rhythm.
A loss. A transition. A stirring inside.
A quiet sense that something wants to shift.
These threshold moments can feel tender, confusing, or full of possibility - sometimes all at once.
You don’t have to navigate them alone.
I offer a calm, steady presence and a space where your inner life can unfold at its own pace.
Together we listen for what is true, what is emerging and what your heart is quietly asking for.
What might a companion session feel like?
A companion session is not therapy, coaching or advice-giving.
It is shared presence - attentive, warm and spacious.
Together we might:
sit with a feeling as it moves through the body
listen for the wisdom that rises in silence
untangle a knot of grief or confusion
honour a threshold you are crossing
rest in a deeper sense of yourself.
There is no goal to achieve.
Just a place to be met - fully, softly, and without rush.
I have spent my life listening - first as a teacher of psychology, then walking alongside the bereaved and now as a contemplative companion. Over the years I’ve come to trust the way truth reveals itself when we are met with gentleness, depth and spacious attention. My role is simple: to create a quiet, steady space where your own knowing can rise to the surface.
